Multi-directional Bench Type Magnetic Particle Testing Machine

This machine produces multi-directional magnetization to detect defects in all orientations in a single shot. This is different from the combined magnetization shot used in conventional machines, which is not as per ASTM standards.This is achieved by combining two magnetization vectors, one generated by passing current through the job & other by one or more encircling coils.

This machine can detect longitudinal as well as transverse cracks in one shot.

The headshot & coil current can be individually switched between HWDC & AC for the detection of subsurface & surface cracks. AC to DC changeover is accomplished by solid-state circuitry.

Adjustable magnetization time of up to 2.0 seconds allows for the complete development of indications.

Available in various amperages, part lengths & coil diameters.

Dark room with a ventilation fan & white light is included in all models for testing with fluorescent powders.
